Installation

When planning the placement of your sauna, please consider the following recommendations regarding minimum clearances. These will make a noticeable difference in installation, care, and maintenance.

  • Choose a location with a flat, level surface
  • Leave 5 cm of clearance on the sides and back of your sauna

  • Leave 30 cm of clearance above the roof of your sauna

  • Ensure that access to the power outlet is always possible to allow for a hard reset

  • Check the technical specifications of your sauna for the required amperage

As each location is different, we recommend contacting your sales consultant. They can assist you in choosing the optimal sauna model for your specific space. Depending on the location, an on-site inspection may also be possible before installation.

Warranty

Clearance Item Warranty

Clearance and Warehouse Sale items are subject to an adjusted, limited warranty that deviates from our standard warranty conditions.


  • The scope of the warranty varies depending on the individual product and will be clearly stated at the time of sale.

  • The warranty is strictly limited to 5 years and, where applicable, replaces any regular lifetime or extended warranty.

  • The warranty applies exclusively to structural and functional components of the product.

  • Any cosmetic or functional defects disclosed prior to purchase (including, but not limited to, dents, scratches, discoloration, or minor flaws) are expressly excluded from the warranty.

  • No warranty claims, credits, refunds, or price reductions will be accepted for defects disclosed in advance or already accounted for in the product's condition.

  • Clearance products may include customer returns, discontinued models, display items, or items with cosmetic imperfections.

Your statutory rights under applicable European consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
