When planning the placement of your sauna, please consider the following recommendations regarding minimum clearances. These make a noticeable difference in installation, care, and maintenance.

• Choose a location with a flat, even surface
  
• Allow 5 cm of clearance on the sides and back of your sauna
  
• 
  Allow 30 cm of clearance above the roof of your sauna
  
• 
  Ensure that the power outlet is always accessible for a hard reset
  
• 
  Check the technical specifications of your sauna for the required amperage
  

Since every location is different, we recommend contacting your sales consultant. They can assist you in selecting the optimal sauna model for your individual space. Depending on the location, an on-site inspection may also be possible before installation.

Warranty for Clearance Items

Clearance and Warehouse Sale items are subject to an adapted, limited warranty that deviates from our standard warranty conditions.

  The scope of the warranty varies depending on the individual product and will be clearly stated at the time of sale.

  The warranty is strictly limited to 5 years, replacing any regular lifetime or extended warranty where applicable.
  
• 
  The warranty exclusively covers structural and functional components of the product.
  
• 
  Any cosmetic or functional defects disclosed prior to purchase (including, but not limited to, dents, scratches, discoloration, or minor flaws) are explicitly excluded from the warranty.
  
• 
  No warranty claims, credits, refunds, or price reductions will be accepted for defects disclosed in advance or already factored into the product's condition.
  
• 
  Clearance products may include customer returns, discontinued models, display items, or items with cosmetic imperfections.
