3. VIP Raffle (Promotional Bonus)

All sauna cabin purchases made between May 26 – June 3, 2026 will automatically be entered into a raffle.

Prize: One of three (3) Red Light Towers

Regional Exception (DE/AT/CH):

Only purchases completed before June 1, 2026 are eligible to participate.

If a winner has already purchased a Red Light Tower as part of their order, they will receive a refund for the value of this device or – if applicable – an equivalent credit.

Participation in the raffle is non-transferable, and cash payment is excluded.

4. Prices & Taxes

Prices are displayed in the respective local currency (GBP or EUR depending on the region).

All prices include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

Clearlight reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered, customers will be informed before order processing and given the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order free of charge.

5. Delivery & Fulfillment Terms

Promotional prices require delivery and processing within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers are required to enable delivery within 30 days of the purchase date, unless:

• no delay was caused by Clearlight, or
  
  

• a later date has been agreed upon in writing.
  
  

Delays due to customer requests, unprepared installation sites, access restrictions, or scheduling changes may affect eligibility for promotional prices.

Free metro delivery and installation (if applicable) applies only to selected metropolitan areas and may exclude regions, remote areas, or hard-to-access locations.

6. Payment & Order Validity

To qualify for promotional prices, orders must be:

• fully paid, or
  
  

• secured by an approved deposit within the promotional period.
  
  

The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid on time according to the agreed payment terms.

Promotional prices are only guaranteed upon order confirmation within the promotional period.

All promotional discounts and add-ons are:

• non-transferable
  
  

• non-exchangeable
  
  

• not redeemable for cash
  
  

7. Regional Special Conditions

Prices, availability, and delivery conditions may vary by region due to local requirements, taxes, and logistics.

8. General Exclusions & Limitations

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be reviewed and processed by Clearlight Saunas.

Decisions regarding eligibility, pricing, and the application of promotions will be made in accordance with these terms and applicable consumer law.

11. Consumer Rights Notice

These General Terms and Conditions do not exclude any rights or claims available to consumers under UK or European consumer law, including statutory warranty rights for faulty or misrepresented products.

2. Product Condition

Items from the Clearlight Europe Warehouse Sale may include:

• Display or demonstration units
  
• Refurbished or returned products
  
• Discontinued models
  
• B-stock items with minor cosmetic flaws such as scratches, dents, or signs of use
  

All items are sold "as is" and priced accordingly. Product details and condition will be clearly described at the time of sale. Any known faults or defects (cosmetic or functional) will be disclosed in each individual product description before purchase.

3. Warranty

Warehouse Sale Item Warranty

Warehouse Sale items come with an adjusted limited warranty, which differs from our standard warranty:

• 
  Warranty will vary per item and will be clearly stated at the time of sale.
  
• Warranty is reduced to 5 years (compared to our standard lifetime or extended warranty).
  
• Warranty covers structural and functional components only.
  
• Known or disclosed cosmetic imperfections (e.g., dents, scratches, blemishes) are excluded from the warranty.
  
• No further discounts, credits, or warranty claims will be accepted for issues already disclosed at the time of purchase.
  

All statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

4. Availability & Allocation

Stock is strictly limited and sold on a "first-come, first-served" basis.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

Items will not be reserved or held in advance.

5. Pricing & Offers

All prices are final and reflect the warehouse discounts.

Additional discount codes, promotions, or offers do not apply unless explicitly stated.

Clearlight Saunas Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Warehouse Sale at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, stock limitations, errors in advertising or pricing, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond the organiser's control.

If the promotion ends before its scheduled period, all valid purchases made prior to termination will be honoured.

6. Payment

All items/services are sold on a "first paid, first served" basis, based solely on full payment being received.

A mere inquiry, expression of interest, or placing an order without completing payment does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of availability.

Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to allocate stock or service slots to the party whose payment is received in full first, regardless of the order of inquiries or offers.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.

7. Shipping & Collection

Standard delivery and installation in metropolitan regions are included. For areas outside our metro delivery zones, a quote will be provided for additional freight costs.

Alternatively, items can be collected from our warehouse by appointment.

During periods of high demand, Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to extended shipping times.

8. Liability

Clearlight Saunas is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of discounted warehouse goods.

Customers must ensure that there is adequate space, ventilation, and a level surface for the sauna.

Customers must also ensure that suitable power is available prior to installation.

9. Amendments & Cancellation

Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to cancel or amend offers or sales if an error is detected or stock is unavailable.

If a sale is cancelled by us (Clearlight Saunas), a full refund will be provided.

10. Acknowledgment of Condition

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

• inspected the condition description and/or photos of the sauna
  
• accepted any known or disclosed defects
  
• agreed to the terms of sale and the adjusted warranty
  

No further claims will be accepted for defects disclosed beforehand.
