These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the Clearlight® Refer-a-Friend Program (Program) offered by Clearlight®. By participating, both the referrer and the referred party agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• The referrer must be an existing Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH customer whose sauna purchase is registered under their name and contact details in our system.
• The referred party must be a new customer who has not previously purchased a Clearlight® sauna.
• Both the referrer and the referred party must reside in Europe, within a region where Clearlight® saunas are officially sold.
• The offer is available only to private customers.

2. Offer Details

For the Referred Party:

• The referred party will receive a €300 discount on the purchase of a Clearlight® sauna.
• This discount can only be applied to sauna purchases, not to accessories, red light products, or other services.
• The referred party must mention the referrer's name at the time of purchase and complete the purchase through a Clearlight® Sauna Expert (Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH).
• The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to past purchases, transfers of ownership, or to saunas that are returned and repurchased.

For the Referrer:

• The referrer will receive a cash reward of €300 via bank transfer after the referred party's 30-day return period has elapsed (30 days after the sauna is delivered to the referred party). Our cancellation and refund policy can be found here.
• The referrer must ensure their customer details are up to date (including name and contact information) to facilitate payment.
• The reward is limited to one payout of €300 per sauna sold. Multiple referrals are permitted, with a separate reward paid for each successful referral.
• This offer cannot be combined with other offers. For example, if a 15% discount is applied, an additional €300 discount cannot be given.

3. Redemption Process

• The referred party must explicitly name the referrer when making a purchase through a Clearlight® salesperson or an official sales channel.
• The salesperson must confirm the referral in writing.
• If the referrer is not named at the time of purchase, the reward cannot be redeemed.
• Referral credits and rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with other referral promotions unless otherwise stated.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

• Clearlight® reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referral claims. Referral rewards may be withheld if fraud or abuse is suspected.
• Referrers are prohibited from advertising their offer without the express consent of Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH. Failure to comply will result in the referrer being excluded from all future rewards.
• Saunas that have changed ownership or were purchased as part of a warehouse sale, Second Life, or heavily discounted special offers may be excluded from the Program at the discretion of Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH.
• This offer is not valid in countries where prohibited by law and may be changed or terminated at any time at the discretion of Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH.
• Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected reward payments due to inaccurate customer information.

5. Privacy & Data

By participating in the Program, both parties agree that Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH may store and use personal data for the purposes of administering this Program in accordance with its privacy policy.

6. Modifications and Termination

Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program at any time without prior notice. All referrals made before termination will be honored in accordance with these Terms.
