When will I receive my beautiful Clearlight Sauna?
Fast Delivery: Your order is being processed with the utmost care. Your new sauna will be dispatched within 5 business days following full payment for all in-stock items. If your sauna has been pre-ordered we will provide confirmation as soon as your sauna is in stock and commence dispatch within approximately 5 business days following receipt of the goods in our warehouse and full payment has been made.
Delivery times vary based on the destination: We anticipate delivery within 7 business days to mainland Germany and England.
Deliveries to Islands, Austria, or Switzerland may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment and our local logistics partner will contact you by text message or phone call to arrange a suitable delivery date.
