Terms & Conditions

Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end a promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons may include (but are not limited to) stock unavailability, errors in advertising or pricing, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control. Where the promotion ends earlier than the advertised period, all valid purchases made prior to the withdrawal will be honoured.

Warehouse Sale

Terms of sale.

The following terms apply to all purchases made as part of the Clearlight Saunas Europe Warehouse Sale.

2. Product Condition

Clearlight Europe Warehouse Sale Items may include:

• Ex-display or demonstration units
• Refurbished or returned products
• Discontinued models
• Cosmetic seconds with minor marks, scratches, dents or blemishes

All items are sold “as is” and priced accordingly. Product details and condition will be clearly described at the time of sale. Known faults or defects (cosmetic or functional) will be disclosed in each individual product description prior to purchase.

3. Warranty

Clearance Stock Warranty

Warehouse sale items come with an amended limited warranty, which differs from our standard coverage:

• Warranty coverage will vary by item and will be stated clearly at the time of sale.
• Warranty coverage is reduced to 5 years (compared to our standard lifetime or extended warranties).
• Warranty coverage is limited to structural and functional components only.
• Any known or disclosed cosmetic issues (e.g., dents, scratches, marks) are excluded from warranty coverage.
• No further discounts, credits, or warranty claims will be accepted relating to issues disclosed at the time of purchase.

All statutory rights under Consumer Law remain unaffected.

4. Availability & Allocation

• Stock is strictly limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.
• Items will not be held or reserved in advance.

5. Pricing & Offers

• All pricing is final and reflects warehouse-level discounts.
• No additional discount codes, promotions, or offers apply unless expressly stated.
• Clearlight Saunas Australia reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Warehouse Sale at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons may include (but are not limited to) stock unavailability, errors in advertising or pricing, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control. Where the promotion ends earlier than the advertised period, all valid purchases made prior to the withdrawal will be honoured.

6. Payment

• All items/services are sold on a first come, first served basis, determined strictly by the receipt of full payment. Mere expression of interest, inquiries, or placement of an order without completed payment does not constitute a reservation or guarantee of availability. Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to allocate inventory or service slots to the first party whose payment is received in full, regardless of the order in which inquiries or quotes were made.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
• We accept credit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment methods.

7. Shipping & Collection

• Standard delivery and installation to metro areas is included. For areas outside our metro delivery areas, we will provide a quote for additional freight costs.
• Alternatively, items may be collected from our warehouse by appointment.

During times of high sales volume Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to extended dispatch times.

8. Liability

• Clearlight Saunas is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of discounted warehouse items.
• Customers must ensure they have adequate space, ventilation & a level floor where the sauna will be placed.
• Customers must also ensure appropriate electrical supply is arranged prior to installation.

9. Changes & Cancellation

• Clearlight Saunas reserves the right to cancel or amend any listing or sale should an error be identified or stock becomes unavailable.
• If a sale is cancelled by us (Clearlight Saunas), a full refund will be issued.

10. Condition Acknowledgement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have:

• Reviewed the condition description and/or photos of the sauna.
• Accepted any known or disclosed defects.
• Agreed to the terms of sale and amended warranty coverage.

No further claims will be accepted related to pre-disclosed issues.

Win two Clearlight® Sanctuary 1 Saunas – one for you, and one for your friend - Competition

In these terms and conditions:

Contest means the referral contest as described at Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions.
Contest Commencement Date means 7th of April 2026 at 9.00am CET.
Contest Closing Date means 14th of April 2026 at 11.59pm CET.
Contest Period has the meaning given to it in Clause 4.
Initial Entrant means entrants who receive a Clearlight® Saunas email invitation in accordance with Clause 6.
Invited Friend means the friend invited by the Initial Entrant.
Prize means 2x Clearlight® Sanctuary 1 Saunas valued at €8,999.00 each (total prize value €17,998) for the winning Initial Entrant and the Invited Friend.
Promoter means Clearlight Saunas Europe GmbH, C/O LPA-GGV, Herrengraben 3, 20459 Hamburg, Germany.
Team has the meaning given to it at Clause 8.

1. Information on how to enter and Prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions.
2. The Contest is open to legal residents of Europe, who have reached 18 years of age as of the beginning of the Contest Period, and who are not:

• an employee of; or
• domiciled with an employee of; or
• an immediate family member of an employee of;
  the Promoter or its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies.

1. No purchase is necessary. The Contest is subject in all instances to compliance with applicable law.
2. The Contest Period runs from the Contest Commencement Date to the Contest Closing Date.

4. The Initial Entrant, having received the email invitation, must ensure he/she completes all mandatory fields of the entry form, and submits the form as instructed before the Contest Closing Date. Upon successful submission of the entry form, he/she will receive a unique link that must be sent to a friend. The Initial Entrant must have the consent of the Invited Friend to send them this message.
5. The Invited Friend, having received the invitation to join the Initial Entrant in the Contest, must ensure he/she fully completes all mandatory fields of the entry form and submits as instructed before the Contest Closing Date.
6. To earn one (1) entry in the Contest, the Initial Entrant and the Invited Friend (collectively referred to as a 'Team') must have completed all the mandatory fields of their entry form and submitted them prior to the Contest Closing Date. The Initial Entrant is allowed a maximum of fifty Team entries.
7. Upon successful registration as a Team, the Invited Friend will then receive their own unique link giving them the opportunity to send this to a different friend and form a new Team.
8. Entrants may opt in to receive email marketing communications from Clearlight® Saunas. Opting in to marketing is not a condition of entry into this competition.
9. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to Clearlight® Saunas Privacy Policy.
10. In each scenario, the Initial Entrant and his/her Invited Friend will only be allowed to team up once. The Invited Friend must be a different person from the Initial Entrant. Any attempt or suspected attempt to team up more than once with the same person by using multiple email addresses or pennames, or any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these rules, shall be deemed as tampering and will void all Entries.
11. For an entry to be valid, the invited friend must complete the entry process in full using the unique referral link provided.
12. The Initial Entrant will receive one (1) additional entry for each invited friend who successfully submits a valid entry using their unique referral link.
13. Each invited friend must be a new and unique individual. Self-referrals, duplicate entries, or entries generated through automated or fraudulent means will be disqualified.
14. All Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain an erroneous email address or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the Promoter.
15. Following the conclusion of the Contest, Clearlight® Saunas will draw at random one Team entry from all valid entries received during the Contest Period as the winner. The draw will take place on Thursday, 9th April 2026 at 7am CET at the Promoter’s offices. The draw will not take place publicly. The winning Initial Entrant and the Invited Friend will be notified by email (to the email addresses registered with the Promoter) on the same date. The winners must claim their Prize by responding via email.
16. The Promoter will publish the results and the winning Team member's names on the competition landing page, Clearlight® Saunas Facebook and Instagram feeds, on or before Wednesday 15th April 2026.
17. The determination of the winner will be undertaken in a fair and transparent manner with each Initial Entrant having an equal chance of winning. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. In the event of the Prize being unclaimed by Wednesday 28th of April 2026, further draw/s will take place to determine replacement winners on Monday, 4th May 2026 at 7am CET. The draw will not take place publicly. The replacement winners will be notified by email on the same day. The Winners must claim their Prize by responding via email. The Promoter will publish the winning Team member's names on Clearlight® Saunas Facebook and Instagram feeds, on or before Tuesday, 5th May 2026.
19. The prize is two Clearlight® Sanctuary 1 Saunas, one for winning Initial Entrant and one for the Invited Friend.
20. Total prize pool value is €17,998.
21. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash. The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Upon acceptance of the Prize, the Prize winners agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow Clearlight® Saunas to use their name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Contest including but not limited to publication of their name and photograph on Clearlight® Saunas website.
22. This Contest may be promoted through third party websites, like Facebook. Entrants must at all times comply with the terms of service for those third-party websites when using them to participate in this Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with those third-party websites.
23. Entrants who provide incorrect or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to request at its sole discretion, appropriate photo identification or other documentation in order to confirm the entrants' eligibility to enter and claim a Prize, before issuing a Prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter or its nominated agent, or the identity of the entrant has not been verified or validated to the Promoter's satisfaction, then that entrant will be deemed invalid.
24. Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
25. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.
26. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, postpone, or amend this Contest.
27. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Prize or use of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
28. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be severed and the remainder shall remain valid.
29. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Germany, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
30. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity and age).
31. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
32. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion.
33. Subject to applicable law, once the Prize has been accepted, no exchanges or refunds will be provided.
34. Entrants consent to the use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice for promotional purposes without remuneration.
35. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties and relevant regulatory authorities within the European Union.
36. Entry is conditional upon providing this information. The Promoter may use the information for marketing, promotional and research purposes unless otherwise advised.
37. Entrants may access, correct or update their personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
38. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
39. If the promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as planned, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion.
40. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
41. Except for liability which cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising in connection with the promotion.
42. By entering this promotion, entrants authorise the Promoter to contact them from time to time with promotional offers, product information and sale notifications (where consent has been provided).
